Our long term experience helps us to make careful selection of materials and components to be used for the production so that you can enjoy your final product.

Overlaps on our HP PVC-free wall papers are almost invisible. To maintain the perfect alignment we print the wall mural with 0.4 inch overlapping. Please, look at the drawing below.

For printing of the wall murals we use HP Latex ink and HP PVC free paper. Both are odor free and extremely durable. The wall mural is ready to hang already from the moment when it comes out of the printer. The sticking the wall mural on the wall is very easy.

To mount the wall mural you can choose to use a professional or just as easily do it yourself. If you do not have any experience in mounting wall murals don’t worry about it, it is childs play.

Once you unpack your wall mural you have to unroll it with the printed side upwards on a smooth, dry surface or a soft, straight material. If it consist of more than one panel, unroll all of them and check whether the print does not contain any factory defaults. Next, roll up the wall mural and put it aside in a safe place.

In case you ordered a HP Wall Mural, which is already pre-pasted, all you will need to apply it on the wall is water and a sponge.

Are you ready to fix your wall mural?

First: just run the first panel through the water ensuring that the paper and glue are thoroughly soaked. Press the top part of the panel to the top of the wall and smooth it down using a sponge. Remove all the air bubbles by pressing gently the paper from centre to the edges. At the bottom and top use a straight edge and a sharp razor to cut away any excess material than peel back the excess strip of paper and wipe the glue residue of with your sponge. Repeat this entire procedure with the remaining panels. Then use a wet sponge with plenty of water to wipe down the scene. The process is the same for every panel until the whole covering is up.

Thanks to the spectrophotometer, built in the printer, the color of all panels are always consistent between the strips….. so we can create murals that are consistent even across the biggest walls.

How to apply one sticker?

1. Stickers are made of vinyl and the base which covers the glued side of the vinyl is a silicone paper. When starting, both sides needs to be separated simultaneously. Starting at the ends.

2. To make the sticking of your sticker easy separate the two papers only by about 4 inches.

3. After separating the two papers by 4 inches gently fold in the silicone paper.

4. After completing step 3 we are ready to stick our sticker onto our prepared surface.

5. When sticking the paper make sure you stick it on a smooth, dry surface. When you stick your sticker and you encounter something under the paper you can remove the sticker, and start again.

6. Once the first part of your sticker is stuck to the wall you must gently rub it down with a squeegee. When you come across any air bubbles on the surface remove the picture and start again.

7. Once the first 4 inches is done gently pull down the silicone paper by another 4 inches and repeat the previous steps.

8. Once you have completed about 8 inches your base is set to gently unroll the remainder of the paper.

9. Pulling of the silicone paper only happens when the two papers are not separated yet.

10. Place your one hand firmly on the sticker before you start pulling the silicone paper from under the sticker, once in momentum take the hand of the sticker and use your squeegee to smoothen out the sticker while with the other hand gently pulling the silicone paper down. Stickers should always be pulled from top to bottom. Be careful of any air bubbles.

11. Your squeegee should be equally and gently be moving over the picture.

12. Keep in mind that if the surface is not strong and you pull the sticker of the surface you might damage the surface you stick the sticker on.

In order to install wall mural please feel free to use the services of a professional. If you don’t have experience there is risk of damaging the wall mural with inaccurate applications.

Information about the material: Wall Murals are produced on PVC coated paper weight 80 lb. (212gsm) – this is a high-quality, matte synthetic paper, dedicated to both: internal and external walls.

Quality printing is photo-realistic. While preparation of the print we always use the largest available image resolution. Remember that the effect on your computer screen is not always the same as when you see the picture up close. The best visual effect is achieved by watching a wall mural from a distance greater than 1 m.

The instruments needed during installation: wall mural, glue, 2 large paint brushes or rollers, water level , dry soft cloth, precision knife, small step-ladder.

1. First step: Preparing the wall

The wall on which you are placing the murals should be flat and smooth. Please make sure you get rid of any irregularities. It is important to mark the areas where you’ll be placing the sheets. Mark it very lightly with a pencil. For this purpose, you can use a water level, which will help you to determine the level. In case you decide to use a plumb line, the heavier end of the thread must be lowered from the ceiling and thus determining our fresh line.

2. Installing the Wall Mural Please note if you are not going to use the services of a professional then it will be helpful to get a helper to assist you. To glue the wall mural you can use any all-purpose wall mural adhesive. The adhesive must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations. We recommend Solvite-Extra-Strong - all purpose wall mural adhesive. According to the description-it contains fungicide to inhibit mould growth. It is extra strong and can be used on most surfaces like walls, concrete, plaster, wood and tiles. It is easy to slide the wall mural because of the smooth texture.

Preparing the mural – Important! Place the mural with the picture face down on the ground, on a smooth surface – preferably on a clean, dry material (newspapers, etc.). The mural must be spread over the entire surface.

Priming the wall - With either brush or roller apply adhesive to the wall in the place where you are going to place the mural. Apply the adhesive evenly, covering the entire area where you’ll be placing the first sheet. Make sure to apply the right amount of adhesive according to the type of wall. For thick concrete we use less than, say, the plaster, which is characterized by having a greater absorption. After careful priming the walls, apply adhesive to the first panel of wall mural, making sure that you evenly cover the whole area when distributing. It is important to thoroughly cover all the edges with glue! Wait for about 3 minutes. During this time, you can wash your hands and prepare a ladder and roller.

First attach the top. Never try to fix the wall mural all at once. Stick the wall mural by pushing from the top-down. In this way you get rid of air bubbles. Subsequent if there is more than one segment (sheets wall mural) attached it in such a way that the graphics fit perfectly. This is the most important moment in which you should be careful when joining the images. Wall Mural in excess of 10 feet is printed with an overlap, and they should be glued the same. Evening out the Mural. NOTE – Use only reliable tools. Be sure to use a rubber roller for wall mural. Pressing in opposite directions (cloth or hand) could result in an uneven surface or damage to the wall mural. Carefully push the roller and smoothing the entire surface. Make sure that the edges are well-stuck to the wall. Sufficient time for pressing the wall mural is 15-20 minutes for each segment. Gently remove the excess glue with a dry, soft cloth.

In view of the fact that the walls are always breathing and when we add laminate to the wall mural, it is necessary to use a primer (antifungal) in the areas where you plan to apply wall mural. In case of persistent moisture walls, low temperatures or inadequate ventilation, priming does not always guarantee the desired result.

Wall Mural can be gently wiped with a damp cloth with particular caution. Especially, after you attached the wall mural. Please familiarize yourself with the adhesive and abrasion resistance.

We would really appreciate photos from your completed project.

2. Installing the Wall Mural

At this stage of the installation it is advisable to apply professional help. If you should decide to glue the wall mural by yourself, obtain the help of another person.

Prepare the paste. You can use any all-purpose wall mural paste. It must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations.

We recommend the Metylan EXTRA-glue. It is very strong and can be used on most surfaces like walls, concrete, plasters, wood and tiles. The smooth texture of the glue makes easy to slide it on the wall mural.

Priming the wall - Bring the adhesive on the place to where you want to install the wall mural. Make sure that you apply the right amount of adhesive according to the wall characteristics. In the case of a thick concrete wall, it is shall be less than in case of a plasterboard which has greater absorption.

Roll out the wall mural- Attention! - place it with the printed side to the bottom (back to top), on a smooth, sufficient surface - preferably on a clean, dry material (paper, etc.). The entire wall mural shall be unfold.

After careful priming the walls, apply adhesive to the wall mural, making sure that you evenly cover the whole area when distributing. It is important to thoroughly cover all the edges with glue! Wait for about 3 minutes. During this time, you can wash your hands and prepare a ladder and roller.

Although we use high quality material, the wet Mural is particularly sensitive at this moment and exposed to mechanical damage. Be careful!

Get started from above. Never glue the whole panel at once. Starting at the top, press the next points the downward. In this way eventually air bubbles can be removed.

Install the following panels (fragments of the Mural) in a way that the motive parts fit perfectly together. This is the most important moment. You should be connect all parts of the image careful.

Murals whose height 10 feet exceed will be printed with an overlap. These you must consider when sticking.

Press the wall mural. NOTE - Use only reliable tools. Be sure to use a rubber roller for wall mural. Press by other means (cloth or hand) could lead to surface damage of the wall mural. Slide the roller and smooth the entire surface. Please note that the edges stick well to the wall. Sufficient time to glue each panel is about 15-20 minutes. Gently remove the excess glue with a dry, soft cloth.

Attention: Considering the fact that the walls are suffering from "respiratory limitations" when using a wall mural with laminate, it is necessary to use an anti-mold primer. By continuous humidity of walls, low temperatures or inadequate ventilation, the primer may not give the desired guarantee results.

Your wall mural can be gently wiped with a damp cloth with particular caution. Especially, after you apply the wall mural.

We would really appreciate photos from your completed project.
